The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company, a UnitedHealthcare company, is excited to announce the launch of new DentalWise® Max DVH (dental, vision, hearing1), DentalWise® (standalone dental), and VisionWise™ (standalone vision) available for new business in 30 states.

Product Highlights

The following products will no longer be marketed in the states mentioned above after the release of DentalWise Max, DentalWise and VisionWise:

  • Prime DVH
  • PPO Dental
  • Vision and Premiere Vision

 

Disability product availability change

Effective June 23, in all states

The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company Accident Disability Direct and Income Protection Direct plans will no longer be available for new sales.

  • Applications started prior to 8 pm, Thurs. 6/22, will have 30 days to be submitted and considered for issuance.

 

The Chesapeake eMarket quote and apply tool (formerly POS Tool) will reflect these changes Friday, June 23, 2023.
